Job summary

Bridgestone Europe NV/SA in Lombardy seeks a Plan to Plan Coordinator SOR to lead demand, inventory and logistics planning across regions. You will coordinate P2P analysts and act as a strategic interface between customers, Sales KAM, and internal supply chain functions to maintain high service levels and optimize inventory.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience (SAP SD/MM) and planning tools (OMP).

Ability to influence cross-functionally.
High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP SD/MM preferred).
Experience with planning tools (OMP).
People management skills including motivation and development.
Advanced Excel skills (VBA a plus).
Fluent in English for HQ interaction.

Responsibilities

Coordinate a team of P2P analysts for regional customers.
Act as Logistic Key Account for strategic customers and Sales KAM.
Lead weekly performance reviews and planning meetings with customers and sales.
Develop collaborative forecasting models aligned with supply chain capabilities.
Plan regular customer visits and touchpoints.
Manage orders across channels (direct shipment, consignment).
Optimize availability using planning tools (OMP).
Create orders/contracts, call-offs, and delivery notes; coordinate execution.
Monitor open orders, allocations, delivery performance, and backorders.
Analyse sales evolution and take corrective actions.
Build dashboards and BI reports for stakeholders.
Lead process improvements and contribute to digital transformation.
Lead and develop P2P analysts including work planning and motivation.
