KOS PLAN & DELIVERY Europe is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to lead complex planning and logistics improvement initiatives across manufacturing environments in Europe. You will apply supply-chain expertise, investment analysis and hands-on implementation to drive measurable, sustainable results, bridging strategy with operational execution.

You will coach teams, coordinate with Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Finance, and design S&OP processes, assess

Competenze

• 4-6 years of professional experience in manufacturing or operations consulting.
• Proven track record delivering logistics-improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP principles, governance and routines.
• Ability to perform profitability analyses for logistics investments.
• Experience leading Logistics or Planning teams.
• Familiarity with planning IT systems and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 or higher).

Mansioni

• Lead continuous-improvement projects focused on logistics performance and cost reduction.
• Diagnose performance gaps and define targets and roadmaps.
• Design and improve S&OP processes and planning governance.
• Assess profitability and ROI of logistics investments in hardware and software.
