Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare invites applications for an internship in the MICE department in Rome. You will support project managers, help craft proposals, and assist with logistics, venue searches, and client coordination for international events.

Qualifications

• Residence or domicile in Rome or Latium Region.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project managers during creation, plan and deliver of events for foreign clients.
• Proposal creation with a fresh eye for new types of presentations and tools.
• Support during logistics operations and bookings including accommodation and all land arrangements.
• Venue searching.
