Kuoni Tumlare invites applications for an internship in the MICE department in Rome. You will support project managers, help craft proposals, and assist with logistics, venue searches, and client coordination for international events.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, proficient with MS Office, and ready to learn in a fast-paced travel company based in Lazio. Residence in Rome or Latium is required to apply.

About the Business

About the Role

We are currently offering in JTB Italy srl, based in Rome, an internship experience in the MICE department.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the Project managers during creation, plan and deliver of events for a variety of foreign clients across the year

• Proposal creation with a fresh eye for new types of presentations and tools

• Support during logistics operations and bookings including accommodation and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory

• Venue searching

The ideal candidate for this position must have:

• A passion for tourism and event industry

• A natural curiosity for the hospitality environment and the passion to share her/his enthusiasm & knowledge

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex environment

• The will to learn and grow along and with a market leading company

Essential requirements:

• Fluent in English. Written and verbal language skills are essential. Fluency in other languages is a plus

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Residence or Domicile in Rome or Latium Region

Internship reimbursement as per Latium Region regulations (€800 gross per month).
