Job summary

Worldline in Rome seeks an Events & Graphic Design Intern to support our Marketing & Communication team. You will help develop visual materials, digital content, and assist with internal and external communications, plus aid in organizing corporate and commercial events.

This role offers hands-on experience across projects and collaboration with multiple stakeholders, growing both creative and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Interest in Graphic Design, Marketing and Communication
• Deep understanding of graphic design principles and visual communication
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and/or Illustrator), Canva and PowerPoint
• Video editing skills
• Interest in digital content creation and AI tools for both graphic and video
• Creativity, attention to detail and a strong visual sense
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development of visual and graphic materials for internal and external communication
• Creating presentations, infographics, social media assets and other branded materials
• Supporting the production and adaptation of content in line with Worldline brand guidelines
• Supporting the creation and editing of digital content, including basic video editing
• Supporting corporate and commercial events, including materials, logistics and on-site activities
• Assisting in the coordination of communication activities and campaigns
• Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, suppliers and partners
• Supporting the team in the development of marketing and communication projects
