Kuoni Tumlare in Rome is seeking a MICE Project Manager to lead end-to-end events, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and quality. You will manage planning, budgeting, and on-site supervision across domestic and international components.

You'll develop tailored concepts, negotiate with vendors, and present proposals while maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Qualificações

• Five years of experience in MICE or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian suppliers (hotels, transport, venues).
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Portuguese) a plus.
• Strong project, time, and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end events across domestic territory and liaise with sales to confirm client requirements.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate vendors and services for events.
• Oversee on-site and remote event execution and post-event evaluation.
• Prepare detailed proposals with costing and design visuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines.
