MEININGER Roma Termini is seeking a Night Receptionist - Night Auditor to join our on-site team in Rome. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure smooth overnight operations. You will respond to guest inquiries, provide local tips, handle invoicing and hour registration, and contribute to online reputation checks.

Some duties may include occasional duties in F&B. Fluent Italian and English are required; experience with front-office systems such as Fidelio, ASSD or

Competenze

• Initial hospitality experience.
• Outgoing personality and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Team player who can help colleagues and tackle challenges together.
• Fluent Italian and English; other languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Create a memorable stay for guests and act as a great host.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs from A to Z to optimize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and advise on local attractions and services.
• Perform invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management and quality checks.
• Oversee night-time operations and be available for the team; assist with occasional F&B tasks (breakfast/dinner/bar).
• Work in a team with flexibility for weekdays and weekends.
