Sommet Education is seeking an Undergraduate Regional Admission Manager for Southern Europe, based in Rome. You will lead student recruitment, develop partnerships with schools and agents, and drive enrolments for Glion and Les Roches across Southern Europe.

You will travel frequently to engage with prospective students and partners while representing premium hospitality brands. You should be fluent in Italian and English, with a track record in higher education recruitment and strong

• Degree educated or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in a commercial role within the higher education sector.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Europe.

• Achieve student recruitment and enrolment targets across Southern Europe (Southern Europe).
• Guide prospective students and families through the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Build strong relationships with schools, counsellors, agents, alumni and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities and support the development of strategic partnerships.
• Represent Glion and Les Roches at school visits, exhibitions, fairs, webinars and recruitment events.
• Deliver engaging presentations to students, parents and educational partners.
• Increase brand awareness and strengthen presence within the secondary school and counselling community.
• Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and report on recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with enrolment, marketing and campus teams to maximise recruitment success.
