Job summary

Sommet Education seeks a Regional Admissions Manager to lead student recruitment across Southern Europe. Based in Rome, you will drive enrolment targets for Glion and Les Roches, building partnerships with schools, counsellors and agents while delivering an outstanding applicant experience.

You will travel frequently within the region, collaborate with enrolment, marketing and campus teams, and report on pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent professional qualification with experience in a commercial role within higher education.
• Fluent in Italian and English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience achieving recruitment and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve student recruitment and enrolment targets across the region.
• Guide prospective students and families through the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
• Build strong relationships with schools, counsellors, agents, alumni and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities and support the development of strategic partnerships.
• Represent Glion and Les Roches at school visits, exhibitions, fairs, webinars and recruitment events.
• Deliver engaging presentations to students, parents and educational partners.
• Increase brand awareness and strengthen presence within the secondary school and counselling community.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with colleagues across enrolment, marketing and campus teams to maximise recruitment success.
