Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in Italy is offering a Road Intern role to learn planning, coordination and management of international road freight shipments. You will ensure customer requirements are met while maintaining efficiency and compliance.

The internship provides exposure to import/export operations, documentation, and collaboration with carriers and cross-border teams. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or Degree and good English.

Mansioni

• manage import/export road shipments;
• plan, book and track FTL (full truckloads) and LTL (groupage) shipments in coordination with colleagues, customers, carriers, foreign correspondents and logistics partners;
• issue and checking transport documentation (e.g. CMR, delivery notes, waybills);
• to monitor deliveries and handle any anomalies or complaints;
• provide support for customs activities and collaboration with the administrative team.

The Road Intern will learn how to plan, coordinate and manage international road freight shipments, ensuring that customer requirements are met while maintaining operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Road intern will learn how to:

• manage import/export road shipments;


• plan, book and track FTL (full truckloads) and LTL (groupage) shipments in coordination with colleagues, customers, carriers, foreign correspondents and logistics partners;


• issue and checking transport documentation (e.g. CMR, delivery notes, waybills);


• to monitor deliveries and handle any anomalies or complaints;


• provide support for customs activities and collaboration with the administrative team.
