Sidel in Parma, Italy, seeks a Shipping Agent Junior Intern to support export shipments for Complete Line, Stand Alone, and Upgrade projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Shipping, Sales Administration, and external logistics partners to learn international logistics within a global industrial setting.

• Master's Degree Student or recent Graduate in Management Engineering, International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent in Italian and English (B2 level) and strong written/verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Mansioni

• Act as a key contact for Project Managers, Shipping Department, and Sales Administration teams during the execution phase of Complete Line, Stand Alone, and Upgrade projects.
• Coordinate transportation and packing activities with logistics suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the execution of export shipments, ensuring compliance with Sidel logistics guidelines and fiscal procedures.
• Review quotations from logistics providers and create Purchase Requests in SAP.
• Prepare, verify, and issue the shipping documentation required for international shipments.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively support the resolution of operational issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external partners throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and operational efficiency.
