HAVI Italia is seeking an Operations Intern to join our Operations team in Casale sul Sile. You will support daily warehouse operations, report to the Warehouse Manager, and contribute to continuous improvement.

The role involves assisting inbound/outbound processes, handling administrative tasks, and analyzing KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a proactive attitude.

Competenze

• Educational background required: High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in operations is not mandatory, but six months is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• English at least B1 to operate in an international setting.

Your Role

As a Warehouse Intern, you will support the daily management of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting inbound and outbound warehouse processes.

• Monitoring and analyzing key operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
