Val Gardena is seeking an exceptionally reliable and organised professional to become a key operational reference for owners and the team at Hotel Touring, Santa Cristina Val Gardena. The role blends day-to-day hotel operations with strategic, project-based tasks.

The successful candidate will transition into organisational leadership, staff management, and development of new projects, while supporting immersive owner collaboration and hands-on problem solving.

Competenze

• Experience in the hospitality sector and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in complex operational situations.
• Experience with ASA-J, Channel Managers, Re, Hotelkit, ClickUp and Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Direct support to the owners in hotel management.
• Operational responsibility within the hotel and the ability to represent the owners.
• Support the Front Office during busy periods.
• Manage complaints, emergencies and special guest requests.
• Monitor guest communications by phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Review reservations, payments, cancellations and booking platforms.
• Work with data in the ASA-J PMS.
• Coordinate and lead the team; HR management and payroll liaison.
• Schedule appointments and manage relationships with partners and suppliers.
• Manage projects in ClickUp with deadlines and responsibilities.
• Proactively develop and implement projects from idea to completion.
• Support commercial, technical and investment-related projects.
• Assist marketing activities and market analysis for sales development.
• Administer properties and rental agreements; coordinate with tax advisors and tenants.
• Organise events, photo shoots and special activities.
• Ongoing analysis and improvement of internal processes.
