Val Gardena in Santa Cristina (Dolomites) is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician for winter-season and off-season assignments. You will perform repairs and routine maintenance across rooms and facilities, with duties spanning electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, plus pool and outdoor area upkeep.

The role requires a proactive approach, a category B driving licence, and fluency in Italian and English (German a plus).

Competenze

Experience in hotel maintenance or technical services in hotels or accommodation establishments.
Ability to perform minor to medium repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
Proactive problem-solver who prioritizes and resolves issues independently.
Valid Category B driving licence and confidence driving on mountain roads in winter.
Independent and reliable work style with flexibility in unexpected situations.
Good Italian and English skills; German is an advantage.

Mansioni

Maintenance and technical services: perform minor to medium repairs in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry and painting; maintain guest rooms, public areas and wellness area; handle maintenance requests and follow through to resolution; perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
Pool and wellness: daily pool checks, manage water treatment and equipment, clean pool area and glass surfaces, report faults.
Outdoor areas and snow removal: snow clearing, gritting, roof/terrace snow removal, maintain outdoor areas and hotel entrance.
Guest service and driving duties: transport guests to ski slopes, assist with luggage, coordinating transfers and servicing the hotel vehicle.
Support for other departments: assist housekeeping on high-turnover days, organize storage depots, coordinate with reception and F&B on priorities.
