Amplifon in Milan offers a Global Retail Training Internship starting October 2026 for six months. You will join the Global Retail Training Team to contribute to sales and training projects with immediate impact.

You will work on content creation, learning design, campaigns, engagement, and data visualization, gaining hands-on experience with GenAI tools and cross‑functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications
• Fluent in English and able to work with multicultural teams
