Amplifon invites you to join its Global Indirect Procurement Retail Internship in Milan, starting October 2026 for six months, in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll support Procurement and Real Estate teams, track rent and CAPEX savings, roll out real estate tools, and coordinate with regional suppliers on the store rollout.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar.
• Fluent English and ability to work with a global multicultural team.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Energy, flexibility and eagerness to learn and be challenged.
• Solid knowledge of Office and Power BI.

Global Indirect Procurement Retail Internship | Start date: October 2026 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Indirect Procurement Team. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of

• Supporting Procurement and Real Estate teams in tracking rent and CAPEX savings initiatives, monitoring budget performance across multiple countries;
• Contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of real estate management tools, ensuring data quality and supporting lease administration and reporting activities;
• Coordinating with regional suppliers during the rollout of the global store format across different markets;
• Actively supporting the Global Retail team in the delivery of international projects and business initiatives.

You are the right person if you:

• Have a Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar;
• Are fluent English and willing to work with a global multicultural team;
• Have good data analysis skills;
• Possess the ability to handle multiple projects at a time;
• Have energy, flexibility and eagerness to learn and be challenged;
• Have solid knowledge of Office (advanced in Excel) and PowerBi.
