Job summary

Dolce&Gabbana, Milan, is seeking a Business Processes Analyst – Retail & POS to support analysis, implementation and continuous improvement of Retail and POS applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, end users and vendors across international markets.

The role requires 2–4 years in functional analysis or application management, a degree in IT/CS, good SQL knowledge and fluent English. On-site at Milan, permanent contract, full-time.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Functional Analysis, Application Management or Application Support.
• Degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document functional requirements for Retail and POS processes.
• Analyze and review application processes ensuring alignment with business needs and future developments.
• Manage and support POS applications and Retail systems with second-level support to worldwide users.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure service continuity.
• Define and execute functional, regression and UAT testing; support release management and go-live phases.
• Participate in Retail and POS implementation projects and international rollouts.
