Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l. seeks an IT E-Commerce Back End Process Analyst to own the back-end components of the eCommerce platform in Milan.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure correct management of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS, supporting the evolution of user experience and proper back-end flows. The role oversees end-to-end processes related to checkout, payments, taxation, and fraud prevention, ensuring proper integration between Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, Economics, or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce development or fast‑paced retail environments.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud back-end and OMS.
Knowledge of payment and fraud prevention systems (Riskified preferred).
APIs and system integrations understanding.

Responsibilities

Manage back-end processes and integrations related to checkout, payments, tax, and fraud.
Ensure harmonization between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and external systems.
Monitor performance, stability, and reliability of back-end flows.
Identify anomalies and support corrective actions.
Coordinate vendors and technology partners involved in back-end systems.
Ensure integration standards, solution quality, and delivery priorities.
Support evolution of applications in line with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Digital teams.
