Retail Search in Milano seeks a senior role to drive continuous improvement across our country retail network and lead the country retail coaching strategy. You will support boutique performance and enhance client experience through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a higher education degree and 2-3 years in field sales, ideally in watchmaking or luxury retail, with fluent English and strong leadership, communication and retail operations knowledge.

• Higher education degree and 2-3 years of experience in field sales, ideally within watchmaking or luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and client experience standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Agile, adaptable and field‑oriented mindset.

Mansioni

• Support the country retail coaching strategy, inspiring and animating a community of retail coaches to elevate field performance.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, sales, CRM, stock, training, events) to identify areas of underperformance and propose targeted action plans.
• Support client experience initiatives, including eNPS and mystery shopper programs, translating insights into actionable improvements across the client journey.
• Coach and collaborate closely with market retail populations and support functions, ensuring alignment and impact across markets.
• Contribute to strategic projects, storytelling initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs, acting as a brand ambassador and upholding our values.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure consistency and synergy between headquarters and local teams.
