RETAIL SEARCH SRL is seeking a Country Retail Coach to drive continuous improvement across our Milano retail network and lead the country coaching strategy. You will inspire and animate a community of retail coaches to elevate field performance and ensure consistent client experiences across boutiques.

You will monitor KPIs (traffic, sales, CRM, stock, training, events), translate insights into targeted actions, and collaborate with Marketing, HR, Supply Chain and local teams to uphold our brand

Competenze

• - You hold a higher education degree and have 2-3 years of experience in field sales, ideally within watchmaking or luxury retail.
• - You have a strong understanding of retail operations and client experience standards.
• - You demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• - You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• - You are agile, adaptable, and have a field-oriented mindset.

Mansioni

• - Support the country retail coaching strategy, inspiring and animating a community of retail coaches to elevate field performance.
• - Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, sales, CRM, stock, training, events) to identify areas of underperformance and propose targeted action plans.
• - Support client experience initiatives, including eNPS and mystery shopper programs, translating insights into actionable improvements across the client journey.
• - Coach and collaborate closely with market retail populations and support functions, ensuring alignment and impact across markets.
• - Contribute to strategic projects, storytelling initiatives, and knowledge-sharing programs, acting as a brand ambassador and upholding our values.
• - Work cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure consistency and synergy between headquarters and local teams.
