BVLGARI in Rome is seeking a Jewelry Sales Trainer to join the Retail Excellence & Sales Training team and help elevate the luxury customer experience worldwide.

Reporting to the Global Sales Training Senior Manager, you will design, develop and deploy jewelry training programs, blending digital self-learning with in-class sessions, and ensure local trainers are fully equipped to lead sessions across Italy.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in equivalent or similar roles.
• Strong product knowledge in jewelry and gems.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
• Experience with digital & blended training and adult learning.
• Proficiency in Office Suite; Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
• Project management capability.

Mansioni

• Define the yearly category training calendar with BU and stakeholders.
• Design and develop jewelry training programs using digital platforms.
• Deliver training to Local Sales Trainers via Train-the-Trainer.
• Collect feedback and identify training needs for improvements.
• Oversee training data and ensure alignment with product training needs.
