Bulgari in Rome is seeking a Jewelry Sales Trainer to join the Retail Excellence & Sales Training team. You will help develop and deploy jewelry training programs for local trainers and sales teams, using a blended approach of digital learning and in-class sessions.

Reporting to the Global Sales Training Senior Manager, you will shape concepts into practical training, ensure timely delivery, and gather feedback to continuously improve tools and programs.

Competenze

• Business school graduate or equivalent university qualifications.
• At least 6 years of experience in equivalent or similar roles.
• Strong product knowledge in jewelry and gems, with market and retail trend awareness.
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with digital/blended training and selling techniques.
• Project management capability.
• Proficiency in Office Suite; Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
• Knowledge of video creation/editing tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Define the yearly category training calendar with Jewelry Business Unit and stakeholders.
• Design and develop jewelry training programs using Articulate Rise and blended delivery.
• Deliver training courses to Local Sales Trainers during Train-the-Trainer.
• Gather feedback to identify training needs and improve tools.
• Manage training data and align with product training needs.
