Tory Burch in Milano is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager who loves making stores run flawlessly—from POS and payments to clienteling and store reporting. You will turn business needs into reliable, observable software and smooth store operations.

You’ll lead vendor resources, partner with Store Operations, and oversee new store openings while ensuring high availability and performance of retail applications such as CRM, mPOS, and network infrastructure.

Competenze

• 8+ years in IT with at least 6 years in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of managing and deploying modern POS systems and retail applications.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, store infrastructure, and customer-facing technologies.
• Willingness to travel across Italy and EU with overnight travel.

Mansioni

• Own store technology delivery & operations including POS, clienteling, store reporting and payments.
• Launch & scale new stores and relocations with IT readiness and config.
• Integrate payments & clienteling; coordinate with partners and platforms.
• Enable omnichannel store experiences with OMS and eCommerce teams.
• Maintain dashboards for latency, errors, device health, and store uptime; manage backlogs.
