Vusion is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Implementation) to lead deployments for retailers across Italy and Eastern Europe. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, configure platforms to meet client needs, and ensure successful, on-time roll-outs.

A solid technical background and customer-facing experience are essential. Reporting to the Solution Engineering team, this full-time role requires 2–4 years in similar positions and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• 2-4 years of experience as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, or in project management/IT.

Mansioni

• Present Vusion solutions to leading retailers (Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Electronics stores, Gas stations).
• Configure Vusion solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Partner with Sales to understand customer business and technical requirements.
• Monitor projects using shared tools and ensure deadlines are met and costs controlled.
• Coordinate implementation projects and ensure successful deployments.
• Troubleshoot integrations, infrastructure, and solution configurations.
• Lead and unite teams around pre-sales projects for roll-outs.
• Act as single point of contact for customers for operational issues.
• Support upgrades and technical configurations for all customers.
