Burberry is seeking a Department Manager for Leccio The Mall Outlet to lead a team of about 40 colleagues and support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success in Florence.

The role combines operational excellence, people leadership and client engagement, with responsibilities across stock management, visual presentation and service standards, and using data to identify growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire and develop a team of colleagues, creating a high-performing and inclusive culture.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to deliver commercial objectives and elevate the customer experience.
• Drive performance through effective coaching, development planning and regular feedback conversations.
• Ensure operational excellence across stock management, compliance, visual presentation and service standards.
• Champion client engagement initiatives that build meaningful customer relationships and support long-term loyalty.
• Use business insights and performance data to identify opportunities, optimise results and support departmental growth.
• Experience leading large teams within a fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-focused environment.
• Strong people leadership skills with a passion for coaching, developing and empowering others.
• Commercially aware with the ability to interpret business performance and take action to drive results.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with confidence working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
