Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior Retail Store door attendant experience is a plus.
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative in a situation.
• Ability to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist with directions and store information.
• Check receipts at exit to verify purchases and assist with POS processes as needed.
• Support loss prevention by identifying discrepancies and coordinating with management.
• Provide friendly customer service and help ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
