JD Group at Verona is seeking a Team Member to ensure daily excellent customer experiences, making shoppers feel valued and supported by our products.

In this role you’ll contribute to store operations, keep the store tidy and stocked, and assist with checkout processes. The position is open to candidates registered with mandatory job placement lists (L.68/99). The profile favors a proactive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for fashion and brand presentation.

Competenze

• Adattabilità al contesto retail dinamico.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazione con la clientela.
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche weekend e serate.
• Iscrizione alle liste di collocamento obbligatorio L.68/99.

Mansioni

• Accogliere i clienti con cordialità ed energia, aiutandoli a trovare i prodotti.
• Verificare disponibilità di prodotti in-store e proporre alternative.
• Mantenere negozio pulito, in ordine e con esposizioni aggiornate.
• Supportare le attività quotidiane del punto vendita e le operazioni di cassa.
