Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking in-store merchandisers to help shape shopper experiences across stores in Lombardia. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; successful candidates will be friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented with a strong work ethic.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
