The Social Hub is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee front‑of‑house service, ensuring a warm, attentive experience for guests. You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, guide the team through busy periods, and help onboard new staff to maintain high standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in senior waiter/barista/bartender roles, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Italian. This role supports a dynamic, multi‑national environment with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• Ability to lead a team during service.
• Clear communication and composure when things get busy.
• English and Italian language proficiency.

Mansioni

• Lead the front‑of‑house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone.
• Guide your crew on the floor, helping them solve small issues in the moment.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Keep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety.
• Stay present on the floor, chat with guests and jump in where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities.
• Share targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing.
