The Social Hub is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee front‑of‑house operations and ensure warm, attentive service across every sitting. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager, guide the team, and help new members find their rhythm.

You’ll train staff, check setups, stock, cleanliness and safety, and keep daily operations running smoothly. English and Italian are required; additional languages are a bonus.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• Confident in leading a team during service and staying calm when busy.
• Strong hospitality mindset and guest-facing service.

• You work well with different teams and lead by example
• You speak English and Italian, extra languages are a bonus
