The role requires fluent English and Italian, strong knowledge of culinary and beverage operations, and prior hospitality experience in a property with meeting spaces.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Italian.
• Strong understanding of culinary, food and beverage.
• International hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and assist with menu planning.
• Maintain sanitation standards and assist servers/hosts during peak periods.
• Monitor invoices, stock, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
• Support bar and kitchen functions and ensure guest satisfaction.
