Socialhub® cerca un Restaurant Manager per guidare le operazioni di uno dei nostri ristoranti. Sarai la forza motrice dal floor al back office, infondendo energia, struttura e cuorone al team e ai guest, in un contesto di hospitality ibrido.

Avrai responsabilità sul servizio, conoscenza di menu e promozioni, controllo costi e performance, lavorando con cucina, marketing e team creativi per mantenere alti standard e coerenza del brand.

Competenze

• Esperienza nella gestione di ristoranti, bar o locali simili.
• Almeno un anno di leadership nell’ambito F&B.
• Fluente in inglese e italiano, con ulteriori lingue come plus.

Mansioni

• Gestire le operazioni quotidiane del ristorante/bar/caffè.
• Formare, guidare e motivare un team di supervisori e collaboratori.
• Creare un ambiente accogliente con servizio costante e di qualità.

As our Restaurant Manager,you’llbe the driving force behind one of our restaurants, bars, or cafés at The Social Hub, setting the tone from the floor to the back office.You’llbring energy, structure, and heart into the daily rhythm of service while turning ideas into great guest moments.You’lllead a hands‑on team of supervisors and hosts, shaping a place people love to work in and guests keep coming back to. From service flow to team culture to financial results,you’rethe one connecting the dots.You’llwork closely with our F&B leadership, kitchen teams, and creative minds to keep the concept sharp and relevant.

WhatYou’llDo

• Lead the daily operations of your restaurant, bar, or café and keep everything running smoothly
• Build, coach, and motivate a team of supervisors and team members who love what they do
• Create a welcoming atmosphere where great service feels natural and consistent
• Drive team knowledge around menus, promotions, and activations
• Partner with kitchen, marketing, and other teams to bring the concept to life
• Keep a close eye on costs, revenue, and performance while protecting the guest experience
• Handle guest feedback with confidence and turn challenges into positive moments
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised working environment

WhatYou’llHave

• You have experience managing a restaurant, bar, café, or similar venue
• You bring at least one year of leadership experience within F&B
• You enjoy building teams and helping people grow
• You understand the balance between great service and strong commercial results
• You’re comfortable working with budgets, staffing, and cost control
• You communicate clearly and lead with energy and empathy
• You’re fluent in English and Italian, with additional languages as a plus
