Socialhub® in Italia cerca un Coordinatore del Programma Member per gestire la pianificazione e l’esecuzione di eventi e iniziative per la community.

Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il Manager del Programma Member per dare vita al calendario degli eventi, alle collaborazioni con partner e alle attività NextGen Il ruolo richiede 1–3 anni di esperienza in eventi o hospitality, creatività, ottime capacità comunicative e disponibilità a orari serali o weekend.

Competenze

• Hai 1–3 anni di esperienza in eventi, community, ospitalità o ruoli simili.
• Sei connesso/a alla città – traducilo in idee per programmi.
• Mentalità creativa e senso visivo forte – curi l’aspetto estetico dell’evento.
• Sei un produttore, disposto a sporcarti le mani e ad entusiasmarti per la produzione di eventi.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e fiducia nel contattare partner e collaboratori.
• Sei proattivo – individui cosa serve fare e lo fai, senza aspettare di essere chiesto.
• A tuo agio a lavorare in orari serali o nel weekend quando gli eventi lo richiedono.
• Fluente in inglese. Il neerlandese è un bonus.

Mansioni

• Coordina e produce tutti i programmi di eventi e partnership per i nostri membri – dall briefing al montaggio fino allo smontaggio.
• Gestione degli stakeholder e coordinamento con team interni (F&B, operations, marketing) per far funzionare ogni aspetto dell’evento.
• Gestisci e fai girare il DearNeighbourprogramme – creando connessioni tra membri e la comunità circostante.
• Mantieni partnership locali con marchi e organizzazioni che aggiungono valore alla community.
• Gestisci il calendario dei programmi per la nostra comunità NextGen.
• Valuta cosa funziona e cosa no – raccogli feedback dei membri durante gli eventi e condividi insight con il team.
• Promuovi attivamente i prossimi eventi ai membri con un tocco personale – sai chi vorrebbe cosa.
• Gestisci la sezione eventi sulla piattaforma digitale della community; carica contenuti, promuovi gli eventi, gestisci il sistema di ticketing e analizza i dati sugli eventi.

From the daily rituals,headline& Next Gen events to local partnerships and the DearNeighborprogramme,you'rethe person who makes things happen on the ground.

You haveastrong senseforwhat’son trend and know how to translate that intoprogrammesand experiences that connect people, are relevant, and feel unmistakably TSH. You take ownership for the execution and production of the programs — managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, aligning partners and suppliers, and making sure every detail comes together seamlessly in your hub.You’rehands-on throughout the process and know how to turn creative ideas into well-produced experiences that run smoothly and leave an impact. You'reorganised,hands-on, and genuinely excited by the details that make the difference between a good event and onepeople arestill talking about next week. You coordinate all eventprogrammesfor our members from A to Z and love to produce experiences that matter.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and produce all event and partnership programs for our members - from briefing to build-up to breakdown.
• Stakeholder management and coordinate with internal teams (F&B, operations, marketing) to make sure every event element runs smoothly.
• Own and run the DearNeighbourprogramme- building connections between members and the widerneighbourhoodaround the hub.
• Maintain local partnerships with brands and organizations that add value to our community
• Manage theprogrammecalendar for our NextGen community, translating formats and adding your spices
• Keep an eye onwhat'sworking and whatisn't- collect member feedback during events and share insights with the team.
• Actively promote upcoming events to members withapersonal touch- you knowwho'dlove what
• Managethe events section on our digital community platform; upload content, promote all events, manage our ticketing system, and analyze event data.

What You'll Have

• 1-3 years of experience in events, community, hospitality, or a similar hands-on role
• You'replugged into the city - you followwhat'shappening, absorbwhat'snew, and naturally translate that into ideas for theprogramme
• A creative mind and strong visual sense - you care about how things look, feel, and land with an audience
• You’rea producer, willing to get your hands dirty and get excited for an event production.
• Strong communicationskills and the confidence to reach out to partners and collaborators
• You'reproactive - you spot what needs to happen and you do it, without waiting to be asked
• Comfortable working evenings or weekends when events call for it
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a pre. Other languages are a welcome bonus
