The Social Hub is hiring a Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic, multinational team. You will welcome guests, take orders, and coordinate with bar and kitchen to ensure smooth service.

A 1–2 year background in hospitality or strong enthusiasm to learn is ideal, with fluent English and Italian and a positive, team-focused attitude. We offer growth opportunities, employee discounts across Europe, and a culture that balances fairness with impact as a Certified B Corp.

You’ll jump between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, keeping everything smooth, connected and fun. Our guests come from everywhere, and you love making each one feel at home. What You’ll Have

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
• You speak English and Italian; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team

At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.

• Starting salary: 23.830,90€ gross per year
