Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure every guest leaves with a smile, and work with a caring, supportive team. You’ll oversee shifts, coach staff, manage guest satisfaction, and build strong guest relationships.

Requirements include 1+ year in hospitality, a HS diploma (college degree a plus), and the ability to travel within a 30‑mile radius.

Competenze

• 1+ year of restaurant/hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to travel within a 30-mile radius from home.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, inventory tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to stand/walk 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
