Aufgaben

• Move-in and move-out coordination and tenant welcome.
• Site inspections of the structure for tenants.
• Tours of shared areas and maintenance of facilities.
• Organize and supervise shared areas and events.
• Support PMS usage and app implementation.
• On-site marketing support for activities/communications/branding.
• Review tenant payments and balances.
• Manage tenant complaints.
• Coordinate move-outs for timely re-marketing.
• Safety liaison and system updates at site.
• Receive shipments and parcels for tenants.
• Coordinate parcel collection as key contact.
• Oversee small maintenance interventions with handyperson.
• Report malfunctions and necessary interventions.
• Coordinate upselling services and tenant requests.
• Arrange restaurant reservations and concierge services.
• Provide local activity recommendations and reservations.
