Job summary
SAN SONNEA invites an experienced Reservation Manager to lead our Reservations & Sales team with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service. You will oversee task allocation, optimize occupancy, and drive targeted upselling of rooms, suites, and tailored experiences.
Ideal candidates have hospitality training, several years in Sales/Reservations, leadership experience, and fluency in English, Italian, and German. The role is on-site at our Dolomites resort with attractive benefits.
Qualifications
- Vocational hospitality training or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in Sales/Reservations/Front Office.
- Leadership experience or coordinating a team.
- Fluent English, Italian and German.
Responsibilities
- Lead, organize and coordinate the Reservations & Sales team.
- Actively sell rooms and suites with upsell of services.
- Provide personal and telephone consultations and create tailored offers.
- Analyze sales and reservation indicators and optimize occupancy.
- Monitor incoming reservations across channels and maintain bookings.
