Armani Hotel Milano cerca un addetto reception per inserirsi nel team Guest Services e offrire un'accoglienza impeccabile e un servizio su misura agli ospiti nel cuore del Quadrilatero della Moda.

Sotto la supervisione del team Lifestyle, la posizione prevede gestione delle richieste degli ospiti, aggiornamento delle prenotazioni e invio di conferme, risposta a email e telefonate in modo efficiente, nonché supporto ai colleghi con report quotidiani e attività di back office.

Formación

• Proficiency in English and Italian – Third language would be a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical skills including typing, Excel e Word.
• Detail oriented, positive.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to handle guests’ requests in an appropriate manner
• Assist with the update of reservations and send confirmation letters
• Assist colleagues in answering clients and/or travel agents’ emails
• Answer phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner
• Accepts and delivers wake‑up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner
• Assist colleague in running daily reports for department

Armani Hotel Milano , situato nel Quadrilatero della Moda, è la seconda collaborazione tra Giorgio Armani S.p.a. ed Emaar Properties PJSC.
