Ospitato in un edificio razionalista del 1937, incarna la filosofia "Stay with Armani" offrendo un'esperienza intima dove ogni dettaglio delle 95 camere e suite, disegnate dal suo autore, riflette eleganza, comfort e raffinutezza. Sotto la supervisione del team Lifestyle, gli ospiti ricevono un'ospitalità su misura.

Formación

• Competenza fluente in inglese e italiano.
• Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e organizzazione.
• Ottima conoscenza dei computer e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti e risolvere problemi con il supporto del team.
• Mantenere una elevata conoscenza di servizi per spiegare e vendere le offerte agli ospiti.
• Supportare gli ospiti accompagnandoli nelle loro destinazioni all'interno dell'hotel.
• Fornire informazioni sugli eventi e programmi speciali dell'hotel.
• Gestire telefonate in modo efficiente e professionale.
• Ricevere e consegnare wake-up call, messaggi e fax tempestivamente.
• Aiutare i colleghi nell’elaborazione dei report quotidiani del reparto.

• Learn to anticipate guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problems with the support of the team
• Support in maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
• Support in assisting guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request
• Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs
• Get familiar in maintaining current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests
• Answer phone calls in an efficient and professional manner
• Accepts and delivers wake-up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner
• Assist colleague in running daily reports for department

Sotto la supervisione del team Lifestyle, gli ospiti ricevono un'ospitalità su misura. Al settimo piano del palazzo, con vista maestosa sulla città, l'hotel ospita l'Armani/Ristorante con cucina italiana dalle sapienti rivisitazioni in chiave internazionale e l'Armani/Bamboo Bar, mentre all’ultimo piano Armani/SPA si estende su una superficie di 1.000 mq con piscina relax e palestra.

Posizione:

Requisiti:

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Working computer skills and knowledge
• Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization
