Competenze

• Laurea preferita in gestione alberghiera o equivalente.
• Almeno 3–5 anni di esperienza in gestione spa o wellness.

Armani Hotel Milano , situato nel Quadrilatero della Moda, è la seconda collaborazione tra Giorgio Armani S.p.a. ed Emaar Properties PJSC. Ospitato in un edificio razionalista del 1937, incarna la filosofia "Stay with Armani" offrendo un'esperienza intima dove ogni dettaglio delle 95 camere e suite, disegnate dal suo autore, riflette eleganza, comfort e raffinatezza.

Sotto la supervisione del team Lifestyle, gli ospiti ricevono un'ospitalità su misura. Al settimo piano del palazzo, con vista maestosa sulla città, l'hotel ospita l'Armani/Ristorante con cucina italiana dalle sapienti rivisitazioni in chiave internazionale e l'Armani/Bamboo Bar, mentre all’ultimo piano Armani/SPA si estende su una superficie di 1.000 mq con piscina relax e palestra.

Posizione:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to lead and oversee our spa operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and the highest standard of service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a strong background in spa management.

Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of facilities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Manage the spa's budget, controlling expenses and ensuring profitability.

Reports to: Operational Manager

Guest Experience: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently providing exceptional service. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support personnel. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Program Development: Develop and coordinate a monthly wellness program in partnership with external experts in various fields, such as nutrition, yoga, meditation, and holistic therapies. Research and identify potential partners to deliver engaging and diverse wellness workshops or events. Evaluate the effectiveness of these programs and adjust them based on guest feedback and industry trends.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and promote spa packages, special offers, and wellness events. Utilize social media and other marketing channels to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Stay current with industry trends to keep the spa’s offerings fresh and competitive.

Inventory and Supply Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of spa products and supplies. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely procurement of quality products.

Financial Management: Monitor and report on the financial performance of the spa, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or upgrades as needed.

Requisiti:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in spa management or a similar role in the wellness industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa management software.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in spa management or wellness disciplines are an advantage.
• Attributes: Passionate about wellness, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Additional Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external wellness professionals.
