Job summary

Arup, Milan-based transaction advisory team, delivers technical, ESG and commercial due diligence for renewables and storage investments. You will work on discrete projects and broader advisory assignments, collaborating across cross-functional teams to support bid development, data analysis and process improvements.

The role offers exposure to international markets, professional growth and the chance to help shape sustainable energy projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering or environmental degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in solar, wind, BESS or hybrid systems.
• Fluency in English; strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience delivering technical due diligence on energy infrastructure assets.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical, ESG and commercial due diligence to inform asset or company investments.
• Conduct broader advisory work to support clients navigating the energy transition.
• Contribute to project management tasks and research/analysis assignments.
• Assist bid development for due diligence assignments.
• Engage with clients and participate in sector-specific knowledge through data analysis.
• Support process improvement and continuous development initiatives.
