The role emphasizes rigorous financials, organization, and coordination across internal teams and external advisers to deliver complete due diligence packages and timely materials.

You will coordinate DD, Q&A, teasers, and process letters; prepare financial summaries and management dashboards;

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in M&A, project finance, transaction advisory, or business analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Italian a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Due Diligence Coordination & Document Management: coordinate checks and verify completeness across VDR workstreams.
• Q&A and Stakeholder Coordination: collect, track and coordinate responses from counterparties and investors.
• Competitive Process Support: assist teasers, process letters and information collection.
• Financial & Reporting Support: prepare financial summaries and management presentations.
• Cross-Functional & Market Support: coordinate with Development, Legal, Finance and external advisors.
