Galileo Green Energy GmbH in Milan is seeking an M&A and Project Finance Analyst to evaluate and execute investment opportunities across solar, wind, and storage. You will build financial models and support transactions from inception to closing, reporting to the Head of Project Finance.

The role offers hybrid remote work, a competitive package of 40,000–55,000 € gross annually plus an annual bonus based on experience and performance, and the chance to contribute to Galileo's energy

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Up to 2 years' experience in consulting, PE, infra funds, or investment banking/M&A.
• Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Proficient written and verbal Italian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Execute sell-side, buy-side, and partnership transactions from inception to closing.
• Build and maintain integrated financial models for M&A and project finance.
• Analyze new markets and develop business models for solar, wind, and storage.
• Assess project economics and investment returns across development, construction, and operations.
• Support structuring, negotiation, and execution of project finance transactions.
