Galileo is a fast-growing renewable energy company based in Milan, Italy. We seek a Finance Administration Analyst to manage payment activities and support accounting across Europe. The role reports to the Accounting Manager and offers hybrid remote work.

Build relationships with Treasury and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payments. The position requires 2+ years in finance or accounting, a diploma or degree in accounting/finance, strong English, and good communication

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, finance or accounting.
• Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Accounting or Finance subjects.
• Good knowledge of the English Language (especially written).
• Very good communication skills.
• Aptitude for problem solving and ability to work in a team.

Mansioni

• Prepare and manage payment proposals for suppliers and other company obligations.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of payment documentation.
• Ensure that purchase orders, invoices and payments have followed the appropriate approval process.
• Coordinate payment schedules and deadlines with the Treasury team.
• Reconcile payment transactions and investigate any discrepancies.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding payment status and administrative matters.
• Associate purchase invoices with orders and verify their approval.
• Support accounting activities related to accounts payable and bank transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of payment and administrative processes.
