Sungrow Renewables Development Italy is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to drive country expansion and oversee buy-side M&A opportunities. You will own economic models, coordinate due diligence, prepare investment memos, and support transaction execution while engaging with global teams.

The role demands 4–5 years in valuation/M&A, energy sector knowledge, and strong English communication. Italian language skills are a plus; hybrid collaboration with onsite work is expected.

Competenze

• MBA or MSC in Finance or related fields.
• At least 4-5 years in core valuation, M&A, corporate finance or investment analysis.
• Strong knowledge of valuation (FCFF and FCFE), financing, accounting, and strategic analysis.
• Experience in the Energy or Infrastructure sector, preferably in renewables.
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills; able to work onsite and offsite with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English; Italian knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and execute due diligence, structuring and negotiation of M&A transaction documents.
• Coordinate external advisers and internal teams for NBO and BO stages.
• Participate in strategic portfolio analyses and partnerships.
• Perform valuations and prepare investment memoranda for decision-makers.
• Analyze greenfield projects for economic risk and strategic options.
• Produce and analyze financial models and assess underlying forecasts.
• Support Sungrow business planning and impairment analyses with Corporate Investments.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships within the business unit.
