Euro Staffs in Rome, Italy seeks a Business Development & M&A Manager to expand its renewable energy portfolio and manage Italy-specific deals. You will work with cross-border teams and report to the Head of Business Development Hungary, SEE & Italy, driving growth and strategic opportunities.

The role combines commercial oversight with strong analytical and deal-making skills in a dynamic, international team environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&A and renewable energy BD.
• Strong understanding of the Italian renewable energy project development landscape.
• Proven experience evaluating investment opportunities and project business cases.
• Experience with M&A transactions, acquisitions or strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modelling; excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Strong network within the Italian renewable energy market (a plus).
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or related field.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, advisors and market participants.
• Screen and evaluate renewable energy projects from commercial, financial, and strategic perspectives.
• Manage M&A processes in Italy from identification to closing.
• Coordinate due diligence with technical, legal, financial and commercial teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations with project developers, partners and counterparties.
• Monitor Italian renewable energy market, regulatory developments, trends, and competition.
• Collaborate with Hungarian and Spanish teams, sharing insights and best practices.
• Represent the company in meetings with external stakeholders and grow our network in Italy.
• Contribute to other business initiatives supporting growth in Italy.
