Jobgether is seeking a Wearables Marketing Expert based in Italy to lead the go-to-market strategy for an AI-powered wellness product expanding into wearables. You will own market positioning, launches, and growth strategies across devices and subscription models.

The role emphasizes translating wearable health metrics into compelling customer value, driving acquisition, partnerships, and revenue while collaborating with executive leadership and product teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of consumer technology marketing experience.
• At least 1 year working with wearable devices or health-tech.
• Experience launching consumer hardware or wearables.
• Strong understanding of wearables ecosystem and health metrics.
• Hands-on performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube.
• Experience building strategic partnerships with tech brands.
• Data-driven mindset with analytic capabilities.
• Excellent English (C1 or higher).

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the wearables initiative.
• Translate wearables metrics into clear customer benefits and marketing messages.
• Plan and optimise customer acquisition campaigns on paid social channels and online platforms.
• Build and manage partnerships with wearable manufacturers and digital platforms.
• Lead end-to-end marketing launches, including pre-orders, D2C and marketplaces.
• Improve onboarding, device connections and retention through product collaboration.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS and subscription conversions, reporting to leadership.
• Adjust strategies based on performance insights for growth.
