Technogym is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the evolution of Technogym products, optimizing the customer journey for end-users and professionals, in line with company guidelines and coordinating with PMs, Network Sales Specialists and other stakeholders.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team to concept and coordinate product development, defining specs and a roadmap for incremental development, launches and communication.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
• 8+ years in connected ecosystem products/services (apps, wearables, connected equipment).
• 5+ years in sport performance, wearables, and indoor training products.
• Strong UX knowledge and market research.
• Excellent product/services presentation abilities.
• Willing to travel 30% annually.
• Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Economics.
• Proactive, international mindset.

Mansioni

• Lead a multidisciplinary team from concept to product development.
• Coordinate product development, define specs and roadmap.
• Define product launch and incremental communication.
• Capture customer feedback to validate concepts.
• Define pricing and forecast volumes with Sales.
• Ensure timely production of specs and materials.
