ANDRITZ SEPARATION ITALY S.r.l. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer / Service Account Manager to develop the Feed & Biofuel service business in Italy and Spain.

The role is highly customer-facing, requiring regular visits to customers to identify service opportunities and grow sales of spare parts, maintenance, upgrades, and aftersales solutions. The candidate will build long-term relationships, coordinate with internal technical and service teams, and use CRM tools to track opportunities,

Competenze

• Higher education in a technical field with strong services experience and customer focus.
• Minimum 5 years in capital or services sales, preferably in Feed & Biofuel industries.
• Willingness to travel about 50% of time and operate in a matrix organization.

Mansioni

• Visit customers in Italy and Spain to identify service opportunities and growth areas.
• Develop service solutions including spare parts, maintenance, upgrades, inspections, and support.
• Build relationships and become the main commercial contact for service needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare offers and solutions.
• Track opportunities, quotations, and sales activities using CRM.
• Support order handover to execution with clear technical/commercial info.
• Develop market knowledge in feed and biofuel sectors.
• Represent ANDRITZ professionally in customer interactions.
