ANDRITZ is seeking a Customer Care Sales Engineer in Capannori (Lucca), IT to manage a portfolio, provide technical and commercial solutions, and support after-sales activities. The role interfaces with the Customer Care team and cross-functional departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

You will handle quotations, define suitable technical and commercial solutions with the Application department, and travel for customer visits and industry events.

• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose effective technical and commercial solutions.
• Good organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and events.

Mansioni

• Manage the assigned customer portfolio, maintaining and developing long-term business relationships.
• Identify customer needs and project objectives; prepare and issue quotations.
• Handle quotations, negotiations, and sales of services including maintenance, upgrades, and rebuilds.
• Collaborate with Application dept to define suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Ensure CRM/ERP data is updated and information transferred to Project Management when orders are received.
